We're confident that you'll love your purchase from us, but we understand the importance of peace of mind when shopping online. If you decide you would like to return your item, we offer a 14-day returns period from the date of delivery, entitling you to a refund.

To make a return, please contact us by email to register your return. After receiving confirmation from a member of our customer care team, items may be returned via post.

All returns must be consulted with OBW Collection beforehand and include a returns reference which should be included with the item prior to being sent back. All items must be returned in their original "as sold" condition and must remain unused and unworn. Watches are sealed in a transparent protective layer and must be returned with the seal still intact. If the protective seal is removed from the item or if the protective layer is damaged, the item cannot be returned under this return policy. All goods must be returned including but not limited to watches, boxes, packaging, links, service papers, guarantees, booklets and paperwork etc. As part of our returns procedure, all items have to be inspected by our specialists to verify and confirm the original "as sold" condition of such item. Any deviation from the original condition which results in a value decrease of the item (e.g. scratch or missing box), will be deducted pari passu from the amount due to the client. We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, altered or personalised. OBW Collection will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item, this does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, accident or misuse.

Provided the return terms are met, your payment will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost, upon the safe receipt of the items, and following inspection at the earliest possible opportunity and confirmation sent to you via email, but please allow up to 14 working days for funds to show in your account. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender and all items dispatched by us will be sent fully insured. Return postage, packaging and insurance are your responsibility, though we will assist in the process where possible.

Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.

1. Title and Risk

1.1 The Goods will be your responsibility from the completion of physical delivery of the Goods to you.

1.2 Ownership of the Goods will pass to you once we have received payment in full for the Goods.
